A.
From and after the effective date of this chapter, it shall be unlawful
for any person to collect, store, distribute, or otherwise apply sewage
sludge to, or on, any property located in West Brandywine Township.
B.
From and after the effective date of this chapter it shall be unlawful
for any person who owns or otherwise possesses a proprietary interest
in property located within the Township to permit any person to collect,
store, distribute, or otherwise apply sewage sludge to, or on, said
property.
