[Adopted at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]
Any person, partnership or corporation, or any agent thereof, who, knowing that no fire exists, sounds or causes to sound a fire siren or in any other manner whatsoever gives an alarm of fire within the limits of the Town of Millsboro shall be guilty of a misdemeanor; provided, however, that the provisions of this article shall not apply to the sounding of the fire siren for test purposes.
Whoever shall be convicted of any offense prohibited by § 47-5 above shall be fined not less than $25, nor more than $100, in addition to the costs of prosecution.
