Article I Snowplowing

§ 34-1 Accountability of town and developers.

The Town of Victor policy for snowplowing shall include both residential and nonresidential roads that are intended to be dedicated, where developers are in the process of constructing the development and/or residences are occupied or businesses operating, to assure the necessary access to the development during construction and prior to dedication at a cost to the developer as outlined above.[1]

§ 34-2 Codification of policy.

This policy shall be added to Part I, the Administrative Legislation/Policy, portion of the Victor Town Code.

§ 34-3 Fees.

All fees will be reviewed on an annual basis.[1]

§ 34-4 Recommendations required prior to agreement.

Prior to the Town Board entering into an agreement with any developer, regardless of the situation, the Town Engineer and Town Highway Superintendent's recommendations to do the same are required.
