It shall be unlawful for any person to install or cause to be installed
any coin-operated-machine equipment for use by the public as a launderette
in any building or structure without first having obtained the approval of
the Building Inspector of the Village of Westbury and a permit for such installation
is issued as hereinafter provided.
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or conduct a launderette
for use by the public without first having obtained a certificate of compliance
from the Building Inspector of the Village of Westbury.
