Unless otherwise expressly provided, the following words for the purpose
of this chapter shall have the meaning herein indicated:
Includes any coin-operated-machine establishment used by the public
for the washing and/or drying of clothing or other fabric products of any
kind, whether or not such use is a portion of or the entire business operation.
Includes any person owning, leasing or renting coin-operated-machine
equipment for the washing and/or drying of clothing and other fabric goods
in any building or structure located within the village.
Includes an individual, partnership, any unincorporated association,
corporation or any other entity.
The incorporated area of the Village of Westbury, Nassau County,
New York.
