No launderette machine shall be used after the effective date of this
chapter for other than test purposes until a certificate of compliance has
been issued by the Building Inspector. Application for such certificate must
be accompanied by an electrical certificate of the Board of Fire Underwriters
covering the electrical installations in connection with the launderette.
