An Authority to be known as the "East Norriton
Township Municipal Authority" is hereby created under and by virtue
of the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945, approved the second day
of May, A.D. 1945, P.L. 382, as amended.[1]

In compliance with the Act of May 2, 1945, P.L.
382, as amended,[1] East Norriton Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania,
pursuant to a duly adopted resolution or ordinance authorizing the
formation of a Municipal Authority, hereby certifies that:
A.
The name of the Authority shall be "East Norriton
Township Municipal Authority."
B.
This Authority is formed under the Act of May 2, 1945,
P.L. 382, as amended.
C.
No other authority has been organized or is in existence
in or for this municipality under the Act of May 2, 1945, P.L. 382,
as amended, or under the Act of June 28, 1935, P.L. 463.
D.
The name of the incorporating municipality is "East
Norriton Township of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania."
F.
The names and addresses and terms of office of the
first members of the Board of the Municipal Authority to be formed
hereby are as follows.[3]

are on file in the Township offices and may be examined there during
regular business hours.
G.
The ordinance or resolution authorizing the creation
of said Authority, certified from the records of the incorporating
municipality, together with advertisement of notice of filing these
Articles of Incorporation, is submitted herewith.
H.
The term of existence of said Authority shall be 50
years from the date of approval of these Articles of Amendment to
the Articles of Incorporation.
