It is the desire of the Board of Supervisors of East Norriton Township, Montgomery County, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to organize an Industrial Development Authority in said county, said commonwealth, under the Economic Development Financing Law.[1]

In pursuit of said desire and intention and in conformity with the terms and provisions of the Economic Development Financing Law, the proposed Articles of Incorporation are hereby set forth as follows. See Exhibit A attached hereto.[1] The proposed Articles of Incorporation of said Authority shall be executed by and on behalf of the Board of Supervisors of East Norriton Township by the Chairman of said Board; the Seal of East Norriton Township shall thereto be affixed and attested to by the Secretary of said Board. After properly executed, the Articles of Incorporation shall be filed with the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
