The order of business at a regular meeting shall
be:
A. Approval of prior meeting's minutes and resolutions.
B. Report of any agenda or other meetings since the last
scheduled meeting.
C. The items as listed on the agenda.
(1) The order of agenda items may be changed at the discretion
of the Chairman.
(2) Scheduled public hearings shall be held as close to
the published time as practicable but no earlier than the scheduled
time.
D. Discussion of items listed on the agenda.
E. Administrative resolutions or discussions as requested
or required by the Board not specifically named on the agenda in advance.
These rules are primarily for the convenience
and guidance of the Board, and departure from them, except as to matters
regulated by statute or ordinance, shall not invalidate any action
of the Board.
