Provisions, Art. I)]
It shall be lawful for any member of the Board
of Health, the Health Officer, the Sanitary Inspector or any other
person or persons acting under and by the authority of the Glassboro
Board of Health to enter in or upon any land, tenement, building or
other premises for any of the purposes specified in the foregoing
articles and sections. Any person preventing, obstructing or resisting
any officer or person heretofore named, in entering into or upon any
land, tenement, building or other premises for any of the purposes
specified in these rules, shall be liable to a penalty of not less
than $50 nor more than $500 for each and every offense.
In the event that any section, sentence or clause of any of these ordinances, articles or adopted codes shall be declared unconstitutional in any court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration shall not in any manner prejudice the enforcement of the remaining provisions. Article
I, Board of Health Rules, and Article
II, General Provisions, shall apply to all articles as set forth hereinafter.
