The Police Pension Plan is amended on this 9th day of December, 2003, to be effective as of January 1, 2003. A copy of the amended plan is to be attached to these minutes and to this article.[1]

The Borough Manager is designated as the Chief Administrative Officer, the person who has the primary responsibility for the day-to-day administration of the plan.
The Police Pension Committee (as defined in the plan) shall be composed of these persons:
A. 
Chief Administrative Officer and Borough Treasurer.
B. 
Police Representatives (2).
C. 
Members of Borough Council (2).

The actuarial firm shall be that company, business or firm designated by the Borough Council to perform that function.

The firm selected to invest the funds shall be that company, business or firm designated by the Borough Council to perform such function.
