It shall be unlawful and it is hereby prohibited for any person to use, fire or discharge, or cause to be used, fired or discharged, any air, spring or gas-operated gun or pistol and/or any instrument or device which propels a pellet or pellets of any kind in any manner or by any means whatever, and/or any firearm, within the Borough of West Conshohocken.
It shall be unlawful and it is hereby prohibited for any person, persons, firms or corporations to transfer, store, sell, offer or expose for sale or to have possession with intent to sell any air, spring or gas-operated gun or pistol and/or any instrument or device which propels a pellet or pellets of any kind in any manner or by any means whatever within the Borough of West Conshohocken.

In addition to all criminal penalties, any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the provisions detailed in Chapter 53A of the Code of the Borough of West Conshohocken.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon summary conviction thereof before a District Justice having jurisdiction, in addition to the payment of fine or imprisonment, or both, as hereinabove provided in § 54-4 hereof, suffer confiscation of the air, spring or gas-operated gun or pistol, instrument, device or firearm involved as described hereinabove in this chapter, and the Chief of Police of the Borough of West Conshohocken is hereby authorized to confiscate and destroy the same.
