When the proposed work involves construction of manholes or
construction of lines in excess of four-inch-wide pipe, an application
fee of $50 shall be charged for each installation or repair of a sanitary
sewer line. In addition, there shall be an inspection fee commensurate
with the time involved in performing said inspection and/or inspections.
There shall be an application fee of $150 for each sewage facilities
planning module. In addition, the cost of engineering and legal reviews
shall be estimated by the Borough Secretary at the time said application
fee is paid and shall be placed in escrow with the Borough prior to
the issuance of a permit.
