Town of Smithfield, RI Article V Esmond Park and Deerfield Park

§ 263-12 Hours of operation.

A. Between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and sunrise, no person shall enter or trespass upon the property known and designated as “Esmond Park.”

B. Between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and sunrise, no person shall enter or trespass upon the property known and designated as “Deerfield Park.”

§ 263-13 Possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages.

No person shall possess or consume any alcoholic beverage on the properties known and designated as “Esmond Park” and “Deerfield Park.”
