Every order, requirement, decision or determination
of the Board, together with all material relating thereto, shall be
filed in the office of the Town Clerk and shall be public records.
A copy of the written resolution determining any appeal
or application shall be mailed to the petitioner at the address appearing
in the appeal or application.
The Clerk shall deliver a copy of every order, requirement,
decision or determination of the Board with the Department of Development
and Operations, which, without further direction, shall take any steps
necessary to effectuate the same.
