No vehicle transporting flammable liquids, combustible liquids, or liquefied petroleum gas, in bulk, may use Washington Avenue in the City of Royal Oak, from Fourth Street north to Crooks Road.
A. 
Vehicles transporting heating oil in bulk and making a delivery of heating oil to Washington Avenue in the City of Royal Oak, from Fourth Street north to Crooks Road, are excepted from the prohibition in § 733-1.
B. 
Vehicles transporting flammable liquids, combustible liquids, or liquefied petroleum gas, in bulk, traveling on Eleven Mile Road and making deliveries to property on Eleven Mile Road may use Washington Avenue, but only to the extent needed to return to Eleven Mile Road.
The City shall post signs to notify motor vehicle traffic of the prohibition in § 733-1.
A violation of this chapter is a civil infraction, punishable by a fine of not more than $100, plus costs, in the discretion of the court.
