As used herein the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
Shall include all such devices of all forms and caliber discharging
projectiles of every nature and description, including BB guns, pellet guns,
and bows and arrows.
Shall include but be not limited to those properties owned, leased
or used by the town for recreational, park or playground purposes, or preserved
for such future use.
No firearms shall be permitted on any property of the Town of Hamburg,
as defined herein, at any time, unless prior special permission of the Hamburg
Town Board, its agent or representative shall have been previously obtained.
Any violation of this chapter and conviction thereof shall be deemed
an offense and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine of not more than
$25 for each and every offense.
If any provision of this chapter shall be adjudged invalid, such adjudication
shall apply only to such provision of the law so adjudged to be invalid, and
the rest of the local law shall be and remain valid and effective.
This chapter shall take effect immediately upon publication in accordance
with the provisions of the law applicable thereto.
