It is the intent of the Town Board of the Town of Hamburg in the County
of Erie, State of New York, to prohibit and/or regulate, in a manner consistent
with the health, welfare and safety of its citizens, trespass on, over, above
or under any land or beach either private, semiprivate or public in the Town
of Hamburg. Therefore, in the exercise of its police power vested in it under
§ 130 of the Town Law of the State of New York, the Town Board does
hereby enact the following ordinance:
