The purpose of this chapter is to authorize public servants of the Town of Harrison to issue and serve appearance tickets in connection with violations of state statutes, local laws, ordinances or rules and regulations of the Town which the public servants are authorized or required to enforce.
The following public servants of the Town of Harrison are hereby authorized to issue and serve an appearance ticket with respect to violation of a state statute, local law, ordinance, rule or regulation of the Town of Harrison that such public servants are, respectively, required or authorized to enforce:
A. 
Building Inspector(s); Deputy Building Inspector(s); Assistant Building Inspector(s); Code Enforcement Officer(s): building, zoning and planning, fire prevention and safety and licensing of occupations or businesses.

B. 
Constable(s): parking, public health, safety and welfare and licensing of occupations or businesses.
C. 
Parking Enforcement Officer(s): parking.
D. 
Commissioner of Public Works and the respective managers and foremen of the Highways and Streetlighting Division, Code Enforcement Officer, Sanitation Division and Parks and Building Maintenance Division: streets, highways, roads, sidewalks, garbage, refuse, recycling or waste, maintenance and rehabilitation of all park facilities and building owned or leased by the town and village.

Fire Inspector/Fire Marshal(s), chiefs of fire districts and assistant chiefs of fire districts: fire prevention and safety.
