Town of Kent, NY Article III Supervisor

§ 19-5 Election; powers and duties.

The Supervisor of the Town of Kent shall be elected as provided by the Town Law for a term of two years and shall have such powers and duties as are set forth in the Town Law, as amended and in force, for supervisors generally (Town Law, § 29).
