Town of Kent, NY Article IV Transfer Station

[Adopted 3-4-1985 by L.L. No. 1-1985]

§ 40-18 Designated disposal area.

For the purpose of this article, if a Town or county transfer station which serves the Town of Kent shall become operational, then at that time the Town Board shall designate such transfer station as the disposal area to which all refuse, rubbish and garbage which has its origin in the Town of Kent must be taken.
