Borough of Wilkinsburg, PA Article III Industrial and Commercial Development Authority

§ 58-9 Intent to participate.

The Council of the Borough of Wilkinsburg, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, hereby signifies its desire and intention to organize an Industrial and Commercial Development Authority in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, under the Industrial and Commercial Development Authority Law.[1]

§ 58-10 Adoption of Articles of Incorporation. [1]

In pursuance of said desire and intention and in conformity with the terms and provisions of the said Industrial and Commercial Development Authority Law, the Articles of Incorporation of this said Authority are hereby approved and adopted by said Council, on behalf of the said Borough of Wilkinsburg, in the following form.[2]
