Except as provided below, no employee will be permitted to work for
compensation outside the borough on jobs incompatible with his/her position
or the interests of the borough.
The Manager shall approve all requests involving outside or other employment.
In granting requests, the Manager shall use the following criteria: impairment
of efficiency, employee's physical well-being and conflict of interest.
Neither borough uniforms, equipment, motor vehicles nor materials shall
be used in connection with outside employment.
