The team leader and the Mayor will call a meeting
annually of the unit heads to keep this plan current.
The above plan is an outline. Each unit is to
file a comprehensive plan of how it will implement its part of the
Disaster Relief Plan with the team leader. These plans shall be kept
current, with all changes to be reported to the team leader and Mayor.
The plans shall include the name and phone number of the unit leader
and at least two alternates.
