The Township of Forks is hereby divided into districts of different
types, each type being of such number, shape, kind and area, and of
such common unity of purpose and adaptability of use, that are deemed
most suitable to carry out the objectives of this chapter and the
Comprehensive Plan.

For the purpose of this chapter, Forks Township is hereby divided
into districts, which should be designated as follows:

Districts are bounded and defined as shown in the map entitled
"Zoning Map of Forks Township" which accompanies and which, with all
explanatory matters thereon, is hereby made a part of this chapter.
A. Zoning
Map amendments.
(1) The Official Zoning Map of the Township of Forks is hereby amended
to rezone the following tax parcels from the Town Center (TC) District
to the Town Center-1 (TC-1) District.
2250 Lafayette Park Drive - K9-15-1A-80-0311 - 1.69 acres

(2) The Zoning Map of Forks Township is hereby amended by changing the
current zoning classification of the property located West of Sullivan
Trail and North of Uhler Road, more specifically being Northampton
County Tax Map Parcels TMP J8-18-7(13.8481 acres), TMP J9-8-6 (1.7017
acres), TMP J9-8-7 (12.4328 acres) more particularly set forth on
Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, from the current
Employment Center (EC) District to the Employment Center/Apartment
(EC-3) District.

(3) The Zoning Map of Forks Township is hereby amended by changing the
current zoning classification of the property located West of the
CR Zoning District, approximately 300 feet East of the center line
of Sullivan Trail and/or East of Rensselaer Avenue, South of Meco
Road West and North of Forks Avenue, as more particularly set forth
on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, from the current
Town Center (TC) District to the Town Center/Apartment (TC-1) District.

(4) The Zoning Map of Forks Township is hereby amended by changing the
current zoning classification of the property located West of Tax
Parcel J9/15/11 and J9/21/5, East of Kesslersville Road, South of
Tax Parcel J9/15/8A and J9/21/3A and North of Newlins Road West, as
more particularly set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof, from the current
Employment Center (EC) District to the Employment Center/Apartment
(EC-3) District.

Where uncertainty exists with respect to the boundaries of the
district as indicated on the Zoning Map, the following rules shall
apply:
A. Where district boundaries are indicated as approximately coinciding
with the center lines of streets, highways, railroad lines, or streams,
such center lines shall be construed to be such boundaries.
B. Where district boundaries are so indicated that they approximately
coincide with lot lines, such lot lines shall be construed to be said
boundaries; or where district boundaries are extensions of lot lines
or connect the intersections of lot lines, such lines shall be said
district boundaries.
C. Where district boundaries are so indicated that they are approximately
parallel to center lines of streets or highways, such district boundaries
shall be construed as being parallel thereto and at such distance
therefrom as indicated on the Zoning Map.
D. If land within the Township of Forks has been determined to be without
a zoning classification for any reason, that land shall be developed
only in accordance with the standards and requirements of the FP District.
