The rules and regulations adopted to govern
the Fire Department, which were adopted September 27, 1974, and are
codified in book form, be and are hereby confirmed, and the Fire Director
be and is hereby authorized to study and revise the rules and regulations
pertaining to the operation of the Fire Department, and the Fire Chief
is hereby authorized to adopt and enforce such rules and regulations
as he deems necessary for the good of the Department and the best
interests of the City of Passaic.

After adoption by the Fire Director, said rules
and regulations shall be printed in book form and a copy thereof shall
be delivered to and signed for by every member of the Fire Department.
