Local government officers are required to annually
file financial disclosure statements. "Local government officers"
are defined as follows: any person, whether compensated or not, whether
part-time or full-time:
A. Elected
to any office of a local government agency.
B. Serving
on a local government agency, which has the authority to enact ordinances,
approve development applications or grant zoning variances.
The City Clerk shall maintain copies of these
financial disclosure statements. These statements shall be considered
public records.
