City of Passaic, NJ Article II Good Conduct Letters

§ 39-7 Letters to be provided upon request.

The Police Department of the City of Passaic may, in the discretion of the Police Director, provide good conduct letters for persons requesting same from the Passaic Police Department.

§ 39-8 Direction of Police Director.

This service shall be provided as scheduled and directed by the Police Director.

§ 39-9 Fee.

For each good conduct letter supplied, the fee shall be the sum of $10. All fees for good conduct letters shall be paid to the Record Bureau personnel of the Passaic Police Department issuing the letter and deposited in the City treasury.
