The rules and regulations adopted to govern the Police Department
which were adopted June 7, 1973, and are codified in book form be
and are hereby confirmed, and the Police Director be and is hereby
authorized to study and revise the rules and regulations pertaining
to the operation of the Police Department, and the Police Director
is hereby authorized to adopt and enforce such rules and regulations
as he deems necessary for the good of the Department and the best
interests of the City of Passaic.
After adoption by the Police Director, said rules and regulations
shall be printed in book form, and a copy thereof shall be delivered
to and signed for by every member of the Police Department.
