B.
The sum of $50 shall constitute a nonrefundable application
fee. Upon written request by the applicant and for good cause, an
applicant who withdraws an application prior to the issuance of a
decision or findings may request a refund from the Commissioner. If
a withdrawal request is made within one week of the application, a
refund shall be limited to any portion of the fee paid in excess of
$50. If a withdrawal request is made at least one week but not more
than two weeks after the application, a refund shall be limited to
any portion of the application fee paid in excess of $50, or 75% of
the application fee paid, whichever is less. If a withdrawal request
is made more than two weeks after the application, a refund shall
be limited to any portion of the application fee paid in excess of
$50, or 50% of the application fee paid, whichever is less. A refund
request must be made within one month of submission of an application.
