A.
Whenever snow has fallen and the accumulation is such that it covers the street or highway to require snowplowing and snow removal, no vehicle shall be parked on either side of any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XII (§ 295-31), attached to and made a part of this chapter.

B.
These parking prohibitions shall remain in effect
after snow has ceased to fall until these streets have been plowed
and/or snow has been removed to the extent that parking will not interfere
with snow plowing and removal operations and with the normal flow
of traffic.
C.
Any vehicles parking along these streets under the
above-described snow conditions will be subject to towing at the owner's
expense.
