A. 
Fees for the use of recreational facilities and/or for participation in recreational programs shall be established by Resolution of the Township Committee on an annual basis. The Recreation Committee is hereby authorized and directed to make recommendations to the Township Committee regarding the imposition of such fees to defray a portion of the cost of the operation of various recreation programs within the Township.[1]
