The Chief of Police of the Town of Orange is hereby empowered to issue
and amend, from time to time, reasonable regulations which may designate telephone
numbers to be utilized by automatic calling and relaying devices, administer
to the notice system contemplated by Public Act 80-5, and otherwise facilitate
the control, classification and channeling of incoming recorded messages directed
to the Orange Police Station.
