§ 38-11 Establishment of position.

The position of Community Development and Public Information Officer is hereby established.

§ 38-12 Appointing authority.

The appointing authority for the position created in § 38-11 of this article shall be the Town Manager, and the position shall be within the classified service, in accordance with the Town Charter.
