Blasting agents and explosives — See Ch. 97.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
Encompasses and means any device in which the expulsive or impelling
force is condensed or compressed air or gas.
Any person who has not yet attained the age of 18 years.
Any property, public or private, that falls within the geographical
boundaries of the Town of Rocky Hill.
It shall be unlawful for any minor to possess, purchase or discharge
in the Town of Rocky Hill any air gun, air rifle or BB gun, unless said minor
is under the direct and immediate presence and supervision of his/her parent
or legal guardian.
Any damages caused by any person using said air rifle or air gun shall
be the responsibility of said person, or his/her parents in the case of minors.

Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be fined $25
per day, each day's continued violation constituting a separate offense.
