Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Ch.
71, Floodplain Management, adopted 1-11-1991, as amended, and provided
an effective date of 3-16-2015. It further provided that for purposes
of jurisdictional applicability it apply in the Town of Henlopen Acres
and to all applications for development, including building permit
applications and subdivision proposals, submitted on or after 3-16-2015.
