In the B-Recreational District, the following
regulations shall apply.
Buildings for recreational use may be erected,
altered or used, or the premises may be used for any of the following
purposes and no other:
A.
A beach club when authorized as a special exception,
except where one of the principal activities is one which is customarily
carried out as a business for profit.
B.
Clubhouse or similar buildings not over one story
high above the top of dunes, and being located on the landside of
the center line of the dune, for recreational purposes and storage
of beach equipment.
C.
Parking area for support of beach and recreational
use between the landside base of the dunes and the public road.
D.
Groins, jetties, bulkheads, fences and walkways for
the protection and use of the beach, dunes and adjoining area.
E.
Accessory use on the same lot with and customarily
incidental to any of the above permitted uses.
No grading or construction is permitted which
will lower or flatten the dunes below that height approved by appropriate
federal and state agencies or that height, if higher, deemed appropriate
by the Commissioners.
