In the G-Governmental District, the following
regulations shall apply.
Buildings, upon approval of the Environmental
Approval Committee, may be erected, altered or used, or the premises
may be used for any of the following and no other:
A.
Building for use as a Town office.
B.
For storage of mechanical and other equipment and
materials for Town.
C.
Apartments in Town office building only to the extent
existing as of date of this chapter for rent to Town employees or
others.
D.
Thoroughfare for access to Town building and as emergency
outlet and turnaround for traffic on Tidewaters.
