The 2012 International Building Code, the 2012 International Fire Code, the 2012 International Residential Code and all supplements thereto, except as otherwise provided in this chapter, are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated as a part of this section as if fully set forth herein.

The provisions of the standards, as indicated in § 175-1, Adoption of standards, shall apply as the required standard for all remodeling, renovation and new construction, including site preparation, done within the corporate limits of the Town of Pinedale after the effective date of this chapter.

Any standard or requirement imposed by a specific ordinance in the Pinedale Municipal Code shall control over an inconsistent provision of the standards, as indicated in § 175-1, Adoption of standards.
Any person or persons undertaking any acts in violation of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished in accordance with Chapter 1, Article IV, General Penalty. Each day of continuing violation shall constitute a separate offense.
