Each lot as described on the Municipal Tax Map
upon which a dwelling or building exists shall be permitted to have
a driveway for access to the adjacent street, which must be a minimum
of 10 feet and a maximum of 20 feet wide.
Where curb cuts and/or concrete driveway aprons
do not exist, a property owner may identify a section of the property
frontage as the driveway, in conformance with the size limitations
set forth herein. Such designation may be made by yellow paint along
the frontage, railroad ties, distinct driveway surfacing or other
clearly identifiable manner.
