Licenses shall be issued pursuant to the Raffles Licensing Law in the event that the provisions of this article, the rules and regulations promulgated by the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission and the provisions of N.J.S.A. 5:8-50 et seq. are complied with.
A. 
Only organizations, corporations and associations referred to in N.J.S.A. 5:8-51 shall be eligible for a license.
B. 
Applicants for a license shall file with the Clerk in duplicate a written application in the form prescribed by the rules and regulations issued by the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission.
C. 
In the event that the applicant is qualified to be licensed under the provisions of N.J.S.A. 5:8-50 et seq. and the above-mentioned rules and regulations, the governing body shall issue a license to the applicant.
D. 
The license fees shall be as set forth in Ch. 61, Art. I, Fee Schedule.

E. 
A license issued pursuant to this article shall be effective for no more than one year.
F. 
No games of chance shall be conducted on a Sunday.
