Borough of Branchville, NJ Article IV Compliance With State Highway Access Management Code

§ 101-18 Compliance required.

Land abutting Borough roads shall be developed in conformity with the requirements relating to access contained in the State Highway Access Management Code, the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:67-1 and the applicable regulations set forth in N.J.A.C. 16:47-1 et seq. and the minimum requirements contained in this chapter.
