§ 66-1Official seal designated.

§ 66-3Engraving and maintenance.
The above seal shall be officially designated as the Seal of the Village of Blasdell.
Said seal shall be used and affixed only by the Village Clerk of the Village of Blasdell or by any deputy or clerk duly authorized by him.
The Village Clerk of the Village of Blasdell shall cause the design of said seal (the colors being omitted) to be engraved upon metal. The Village Clerk further shall from time to time keep in good order and repair as many of such engraved metal seals as may be necessary for the proper performance of the duties of the office of the Village Clerk and the clerks authorized to use said seal.
§ 66-4Official motto designated.
§ 66-5Authorization for use.
Said quote, "Gateway to the Southtowns," shall be officially designated as the motto of the Village of Blasdell.
Said motto shall be used and affixed only by the Village Clerk of the Village of Blasdell or by any deputy or clerk duly authorized by him.
