Appendix A - Park Regulations

The pool and playground in the Third Ward of
the City of Bradford, heretofore known as "Recreation Park," shall
be called and known as "Callahan Park."

The Director of Parks and Other Public Property
is hereby authorized and empowered to establish rules and regulations
governing the use of City-owned or -operated parks and other public
places. The rules and regulations shall treat such matters as hours
of use, manner of use, assessments for use, which shall be related
to the actual costs incurred by the City in making the facilities
available, and such other matters as may be necessary or advisable
for orderly, efficient and economical operation of the public facilities.

by this article are included as Appendix A of this chapter.
The rules and regulations shall take effect
upon being approved by resolution of the City Council, being filed
with the City Clerk, being posted in a prominent place on the affected
premises and being published one time in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City.
Any person who violates any rule or regulation
which has become effective pursuant to the provisions of this Article,
upon conviction thereof before a District Magistrate, shall be subject
to a fine not exceeding $300 or to imprisonment not exceeding 90 days,
or both.
