§ 11-1 Mayor authorized to sign checks. [1]

The Mayor of the Village of Ballston Spa, New York, is hereby authorized to sign checks in the absence or inability of the Treasurer or Deputy Treasurer, if any.

§ 11-2 Certified copy.

The Clerk of the Village will cause a certified copy of this chapter to be transmitted to the official depository of the Village.
