[Adopted 5-25-1943 as Section 137 of the Ordinances
of the Village of Ballston Spa]
All persons who may be present at any fire shall obey the orders of
the Mayor, the Chief of Police, police officers, Chief Engineer or Assistant
Engineer of the Fire Department in the extinguishment of fires and the removal
of property.
[Amended 5-13-1996 by L.L. No. 1-1996]
Any person who shall neglect or refuse to obey such orders shall be
punishable by a fine of not more than $250 or by imprisonment for not more
than 15 days, or both.
