A Planning Board is established under the provisions of MGL C. 41, § 81A (Acts of 1936, Ch. 211), with all the powers and duties therein and in any existing bylaws of the Town provided, to consist of five members[1] to be elected by ballot at the Annual Town Meeting in February 1946, one for a term of one year, one for a term of two years, one for a term of three years, one for a term of four years and one for a term of five years and thereafter in accordance with the provisions of the statute.[2]
