Whenever reference is made in the Uniform Traffic Act Regulating Traffic on Highways[1] to "Justice of the Peace" or “Circuit Court Judge,” those words are amended to and intended to refer to the Municipal Judge or Municipal Court.

The Town Council is authorized to determine those portions of any highway or street where overtaking and passing or driving to the left of the roadway would be especially hazardous; or the places, time and manner in which parking should be allowed and the speed at which vehicles may be operated within the Town limits, and may by appropriate signs and markings on the roadways so indicate. When such signs or markings are in place and clearly visible to an ordinarily observant person, every driver of a vehicle shall obey the directions thereof.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, any person convicted of violating the provisions of this chapter or any amendment thereto is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to the general penalty provisions of Chapter 1, Article IV, General Penalty.

All private streets, highways or ways which are open to public use are included under the term "streets and highways" as used in the Wyoming Statutes which are adopted by reference by § 440-1.
