Any person working within a licensed establishment
under MGL c. 138, who does not utilize his or her true name, shall
be required to file a statement to such fact with the Police Department.
Such statement shall disclose the person's true name, legal address
and date of birth of the individual. A copy of photographic identification,
which confirms the information provided, shall accompany such disclosure
statement.

Any establishment licensed in accordance with MGL c. 138 and
which sells alcoholic beverages to be sold on the licensed premises
shall be required to adhere to the following regulations.
1. The licensee,
his agents, principals and partners shall be liable to adhere to the
terms and conditions of the license.
2. The licensee
shall allow any person designated by the Board of Selectmen and the
Webster Police Department to enter, inspect, to view any exhibition
or show, and to participate in any amusement.
3. Noise from
entertainment on the licensed premises shall be inaudible from any
public way or from any abutting premises if maintained within a building
and shall be inaudible at a distance of 100 yards if maintained outside.
All amplifiers shall face the licensed premises and not the street.
4. Noise from
entertainment on the licensed premises shall be inaudible from the
abutting premises after 11:00 p.m.
