No person, firm or corporation shall conduct the sale of fireworks within
the limits of the Town of St. Joseph, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
Any person who shall violate the provisions of this article shall, upon
conviction thereof, be punished as follows: by forfeiture of not more than
$500 per day and the costs of prosecution and, in default of payment of the
forfeiture and costs of prosecution, by imprisonment in the county jail until
said forfeiture and costs are paid, but not to exceed 30 days.
